1. I've still been getting it in Driver Career at Miami and Baku, AI just shooting ahead out of slow corners. Drop the difficulty and they just become slow in the corners (to the point of getting in the way) but their ability to get away on the straights doesn't change. It's like they have all the grip in the world with their DRS open. I've always played with assists off, every version but this one I've had to try fighting it with TC and even a grip mod - no luck. Even worse in the rain. So no, I don't think it's been completely fixed yet, but they consider it "fixed". But there's a lot they consider "fixed" which most definitely hasn't been...
2. The most complete game for me is F1 2019. Out of the 3 you suggest: 2020.

2020 has to be the best. Simply cause I never once got the hump with it. However I can’t play it now… loading screen took forever.
