F1 23 Classic cars vs Super cars
I was wondering about what we will get in F1 23, the return of the classic cars and maybe an overhaul for classic cars game modes or again the boring super cars? Personally i am waiting for classic c...

@Hempyjr Classic cars, always - I'm here to play F1. For instance, I'm replaying F1 2019 and the classic cars events are sooo good.
That being said, I believe they'll stick to super cars and I'll stick to ignore it completely.

Same here, the supercars look good but sincerely I have no interest at all to drive them.
Besides in a F1 game anything related to F1 is welcome (classic cars, old tracks etc.), I can get the meaning of other cars, but just IMHO 🙂
- @Nuvolarix Same here, absolutly no interest at all and i really hope at least classic cars are coming back if not an entire overhaul of game modes for classic cars. Like dancrodrigues said i'll stick to ignore it completely. It seems that everybody prefers classic cars so far.

I may have said that elsewhere but I think that this movement of bringing in super cars into the F1 games makes sense from a business oriented point of view aiming mainly the "casuals" players. Albeit all of its problems, bugs and handling model and etc F1 22 sold well - at least on the PS Store selling charts.
They might as well change the way these contents are presented - as of today only 11.2% of the PS F1 22 players had won the trophy related to visiting a friend's F1 Life space. Thus some changes may come if they are to insist into this approach.
- @Hempyjr F1 classic seasons all the way.. You know why lol if not that then properly done Classic cars, for those curious F1 2006 cars were actually only about 1 second slower or such than the F2004 (average of the season with fuel loads calculated out of the pole times) and like ~1.5s quicker than the 2010 cars.. Which was quite different in F12017-2020 as they most often didnt calculated out the fuel loads..
But i also think that supercars are gonna return in F1 23 due to the reasons named by the others, sadly ☹️Yes, I am also "Team Classic Cars".
The Motogp game did this nicely. The classic season with replaying scenarios of remarkable races of that season and classic tracks are usable.
Also classic gp with full starting field from that year would be awesome, not a Mix of random classic cars.
I know most likely it won't happen, having the tracks in myteam or driver career season 2 onwards would be awesome and goes oftopic sorry 😀
But in the other side, it keeps me playing the older games for sepang and Hockenheim 🤣
