F1 23 Classic cars vs Super cars
I was wondering about what we will get in F1 23, the return of the classic cars and maybe an overhaul for classic cars game modes or again the boring super cars? Personally i am waiting for classic c...

@Nuvolarix Same here, absolutly no interest at all and i really hope at least classic cars are coming back if not an entire overhaul of game modes for classic cars. Like dancrodrigues said i'll stick to ignore it completely. It seems that everybody prefers classic cars so far.
@Hempyjr F1 classic seasons all the way.. You know why lol if not that then properly done Classic cars, for those curious F1 2006 cars were actually only about 1 second slower or such than the F2004 (average of the season with fuel loads calculated out of the pole times) and like ~1.5s quicker than the 2010 cars.. Which was quite different in F12017-2020 as they most often didnt calculated out the fuel loads..
But i also think that supercars are gonna return in F1 23 due to the reasons named by the others, sadly ☹️

Yes, I am also "Team Classic Cars".
The Motogp game did this nicely. The classic season with replaying scenarios of remarkable races of that season and classic tracks are usable.
Also classic gp with full starting field from that year would be awesome, not a Mix of random classic cars.
I know most likely it won't happen, having the tracks in myteam or driver career season 2 onwards would be awesome and goes oftopic sorry 😀
But in the other side, it keeps me playing the older games for sepang and Hockenheim 🤣
@RadarkastenWell here is an exemple that it's achievably and it shows that it can be done if you really want! If other studio could do it with Motogp it means that it's even easier for EA/Codemaster to provide such a feature for us. I think that if more people are asking for this kind of feature, maybe EA/Codemasters will listen to us (in my dreams maybe? 🙂 )
I think it makes hugely more sense to have classic F1 cars in an F1 game than 'super'-cars.
(Personally I pretty much always only actually drive the current season's F1 cars though.)
- @Ultrasonic_77 Of course it does, i even get it with that F1 Life thing, somehow they tried to turn into something let's say personal, changing some things around your house and meanwhile they make some money from microtransactions. But removing classic cars was a mistake IMO, it would be much nicer to have Ferrari F2004 in my virtual living room for example. The problem is to convince EA/Codemaster to listen to us if not for F1 23 (for this one is a little late if it's not planned already) at least F1 24. Sadly i think we will get super cars again for F1 23 but maybe they will surprise us.
