F1 Time Trials not loading
EA F1 Time Trials will not load. F2 and super car time trails load just fine. I can also run an F1 GP without issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but Time Trial for F1 is just stuck a loadin...
What in the hell is this??? Update and still same error??? How is it even possible????
So you can see, what EA is thinking about us!
Hi form Germany,
i have the same problem. Today I called the support a they say me they know about the problem, I have to wait for the next patch, thank you for nothing ea!
I wrote them two times. First time about 3 weeks ago. Always the same answer: Waiting for the next patch!
Maybe the next patch is called: F1 23 ???
still having the same problem, this is ridiculous. I don’t want to buy the steam game because i have saved progress on my career modes. such an L THIS COMPANY
Time trial is like 50% of the game for me. I don't even care about restarting career mode or myteam. Just waiting for steam sale so i can uninstall ea app once and for all. Like I said, if they don't care about this they won't care about the next big problem. So pay now or keep suffering with EA
If it were me I'd seriously struggle with the concept of re-buying the game on Steam, as ultimately you're paying EA more money for breaking the game.
This needs fixing.

That's the main reason I did not do it. I will not pay them more money for a faulty product, especially when they released a patch omiiting this issue. This is really offensive, because the game is practically unplayable for us now. Some FFB issues or other improvements were not as pressing as this, others can still play.
If EA can't solve this, I can be transferred to Steam, just make if done for free, we didnt download this game from Torrents, we paid for it like everyone else. EA should provide us with solution by now.
For what it's worth I know this issue is definitely still being worked on but I appreciate that people want this fixed already!
I ask EA for refound. EA told me that i have to ask my seller for refund. Who made this *? My seller?
Hi all,
As Ultrasonic_77 mentioned earlier, we are still looking into this issue.
I understand that it's frustrating that the Time Trials are not working properly, but our intent is not to push you into buying the game again on another platform. We don't want you to feel like you have to do that.
Please bear with us on this while we continue our investigation. We're working to get this resolved as soon as we can.

It's not only time trials, it's inifinite loading, unability of leaving TT if it decides to work this time noone knows why. We can't try setups of best players, we can't switch tracks, we have problems with online races. Killing the game via task manager everytime is time consuming. Actually playing this is not fun - it should be, right?
Can You give something more specific than "we are investigating"? Some deadline? And what will You do if You dont deliver a fix by then? Could You please treat us seriously and stop using some PR language which does not bring any specific info? We have waited for a patch as You requested and it did not fix anything. Some maybe You can provide with some specific and accurate info what are You planning to do and what if You fail again?
It is what it is. If it goes on sale on steam I'll spend an extra 25% just so I can have a full game instead of this husk of a game. I doubT that even if this issue was never fixed I'd ever get a refund.
My mistake for purchasing an EA product in the first place.
Lesson learned.
I notice that the game is still for sale at ea.com
No warning that 50% of the game does not work correctly.
I find this very disingenuos of EA.
Given the lack of REAL feed back I can only assume that making money is far higher in the priority list that talking to customers.
"We are looking at it" is NOT a proper response.
Just how many people are looking into it ?
Are they actually qualified to identify issues ?
Is it a server, database, networking, coding issue ?
After 4 weeks I would be ashamed if all I could say is "we are looking in to it" !
i've chatted them on Monday via Facebook, i'm veeeeeeery sure they'll take it serious right now haha

@EA_KentYou won't even answer to that, will You?
It's on sale on steam btw. Just bought it and uninstalled EA app for good. Good riddance to that trash.
I dont have money for a same game.
i have the same problem since 11 nov.
I did the same. Uninstalled ES now, I never buy a game there. Bought the game on steam!
Hi Ultrasonic_77 , i'm asking for a refund or for a Steam version of the game, it's now a month that i can't play. I have 39 years and never experienced something like this... Do i need to buy a Steam account to play the game??? This is just unthinkable....

I think you realise but I'm not the right person to direct the first part to as I don't work for EA (as per my signature). I also don't play on PC so I'm not certain how Steam works, although I'd be surprised if it turns out you need to 'buy' access rather than just signing up. It's basically a storefront to buy games I thought? Just install Steam and take it from there.
I'm older than you btw, and so probably like you remember games before the concept of frequent post-launch changes became 'a thing' (for good and ill).
I do expect this issue will eventually be fixed but I do absolutely agree it's been going on too long, which is why I've done what I can to draw attention to it.
Platform: EA Origin, Windows 10
Country: Poland
ISP: Vectra
And same problem. Only task manager can kill F1_22.
