Full price for another DLC. Nothing new in the terms of graphic, sound, hud, unbelievable.... CM do something, maybe try new graphic style, like 2010/2011. At least no one would say it looks the same.

For me it looks good enough and probably the final version will look even better. I hope Codemasters and EA will give us a lot of new features.

I hear this from 4 years, and still we are on this same stage. Previous games, although the same, could have their own style.

Been playing a lot of F1 2013 to remember old times and looking at that game there are tiny little things that makes the game look a bit better.
Till F1 2019 we had, during practice or qualy, the opportunity to actually see how we were in comparison with P1 or to the "driver at risk" if we were in risk of elimination. That would always give a better idea of how your lap was going.
Wet weather on that game was amazing, the actual dry line starting to appear and having indeed effect on your drive is HUGE.
Not to talk about the young drivers test and not being able to start in a top team right in your rookie season. However this could always be something you could do or not in F1 22.
The "battle" between your team mate for having the choice of the R&D, as a 1st driver. The objective that your team gives in qualy and in the race. RED FLAGS!!!
All these little things that were, don't know why, removed from these new games does actually kill some kind of immersion in the game. Just imagine all the things we already have, with all the things we had.

the game has almost always been at the level of expectations but as you say these little things ruin the real simulation. Seeing the alphatauri video, we can see how over time they have removed the color of the sectors (a feature requested by the players). Also how many things would they really have to adjust to make the simulation as real as possible? Starting, for example, with engine problems (the engine either breaks down or runs at reduced power, it never happens that you have to retire due to a breakdown but you can continue to use the PU). Let's just hope for new gameplay that shows us more of the game and that they can hear us this time around
- Meza9943 years agoSeasoned Ace@xMJG7x If they truly got rid of the sector times in the hud (so S1 yellow, S2 purple and S3 green) its a sad day.. After they were unable to get the sectors to even work like they do IRL it would be really sad.. Cant make them behave properly so remove them.. Why not remove the F1 cars when you cant make proper performances for each team?
Yes i know im overreacting on this one and might be its just an option to turn them on and off which would be great but please make them behave and colored as real life lol
