F122 Launch Issues

Product: F1 22
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug whenever loading into the game I get a message saying that my version of windows is too old for the game to run. I am running the latest version of Windows 11. I have only had this problem since the most recent patch.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? N/A
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? No
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. As mentioned this bug happened due to the latest update.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game can be loaded but I get blank screens in the race and can't see anything. All inputs also don't work.
What do you expect to see? The normal game.....

I have the latest version of Windows 11.  The game previously worked fine until the latest patch.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, Running it as administrator, Updating windows to Windows 11, verifying integrity of files x2.  I am out of options and ideas.  Help me fix the game so I can play again.

    Where are the tires?

    They use multiple Mediums and hard tires in reallife...i have only one Set of both but...how unlogic...2 stets Medium in Sprint races

    @xxafrodud3xx Same for me but on Xbox one and xbox series (tried both)
    It seems to be an Microsoft things as I have not seen any Playstation players with that problem.
    Did you get it fixed or found the problem?

    i tried all the xbox steps, it is still not working.

    i reinitialized the xbox, redownload the game multiple times, still not working

    Do you mind showing me what is the exact error message you are having ? If you can share a screenshot and your Xbox Gamertag, that would be great.

    Hi

    here is a couple of pictures showing what happens

    1) it starts to lag and the image get frozen

    2) blackscreen

    3 back to main xbox menu

    Before I uninstalled and reinstalled the game (for like the sixth times), I wasn’t passing the previous loading screen and it was saying: communicating with online services
