Features to add for F1 23: Timer option for beginning race & Setup Screen Change

@FranchiseK With the timer i think anything longer than 30 seconds is too long, especially for online races. If i had to wait upto 3 minutes for a race to start it would put me off online altogether

With the setup drop down this would be good as its awkward scrolling down to my abu dhabi setup which is the last on my list as i name them in track order.

The hiding of the setup is a niche idea but honestly everyone copies setups from someone so i dont think it will make a huge difference to hide this information from everyone.
