Force feedback slow to engage after a flash back

Product: F1 22
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug G920 Wheel: Force feedback takes a few seconds to engage when starting over from a flash back. Overall, the force feedback is much weaker than F1 2021 with the same settings. The center of the wheel feels like there almost no resistance at all. This is in solo mode. Miami Short race.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Driver Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a race. Select flash back Renter race mid flash back.
What happens when the bug occurs? Force feedback on the wheel feels like it takes a few seconds to come back to the wheel. Steering feels extremely light and floaty during that moment.
What do you expect to see? Force feedback to be engage from the start of a flash back just like in 2021.

G920 Wheel - Using Logitech Gaming Software 9.02.74 wheel has latest firmware.

    I had this as well, but just whenever I pause and unpause the game, the FFB is light for a bit and comes back within a few seconds. Not game-breaking, but a bit annoying. I have a Thrustmaster T150 Pro.

    Issue confirmed on Xbox Series S as well. If using a flashback in a critical moment you just lose thr corner as it doesn't engage right away. This applies also to pausing the game and resuming.

    Also can agree about the feeling in the center of the wheel, I use a Thrustmaster TS-XW.

    @Qrazzo Yep, was looking in here to find if someone else has this too.
    After pausing, flashback etc. the wheel becomes light and then gradually come back in 3 seconds. Just like it gains downforce on high speeds.

    Something to do with the dampener settings.

    To the developers: instead when taking control after an automated flying lap in a practice program it engages perfectly and right away, I think you should try to recreate that effect.

    I have the same problem...I've tried flying laps in My Career, flashbacks, and in TT.

    I'm on PC with a Fanatec CSL Elite.

    Summarize your bug: Every time after using flashback-->force feedback goes off for a brief moment. Also I've tried to enable virtual rear view mirror and it doesn't seem to work.
    Which area is the bug/glitch in? Everywhere
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using flashback (in any mode) and trying to put on the virtual rear view mirror.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The car is harder to control and I can't see behind.
    What do you expect to see? Normal ffb and the virtual rear mirror working (like in previous F1 games)

    I want to provide you with information about critical, as well as serious problems of the game.

      -Currently, the critical issue is:

      -Game freezes, game crashes, and the console software completely breaks. (PS4)

      -Strong FPS loss on PS4 console and older versions.

      -Feedback on the steering wheel disappears when you use Flashback or press pause.

      Feedback on various steering wheels is not informative and responsive enough.

      - The photo mode on the PS4 version looks critically terrible when processed, and the quality suffers losses.

      - When leaving the AI ​​boxes, they have heated tires.

      HDR has problems when displaying the starting grid, the picture has incomprehensible colors.

    @yagubf1  for the crash Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

     

    Power cycle the PlayStation console

    1. Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
    2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
    3. Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

    Outside of that our team are looking into crashing issues for PS4.
