@FreakstyleThe problem is. As this game is F1 specific. It’s main customer base are F1 fans. As F1 is the most watched Racing series in terms off worldwide reach: (As I think nascar has a audience that rivals F1 but it’s more localised and from what I understand viewing figures and race attendance are dropping like a stone.). Because off this making the F1 game a hardcore sim would lose the F1 fan custom cause they buy the game for a few hours off fun here and there. Most racing games/sims have massive amounts more content to help sell games.
If F1 games were more Sim it would make the game financially unviable to develop. And F1 would end up being added on to another game like Indy car was to pc2. With gp mode ane multiplayer only.
