False/misleading report
Multiple esports drivers have done TT on this track and they all seem to have no issues running over that curb. Note that they run on 200+ FPS as well. It´s just rng (random) whatever the curb decides to do with your car. On 60 FPS I still get flung like this most of the time.
Do not trust any of the other answers/replies given in this thread already. 4 seconds advantage on this track, insane traction? Come on, people just want the game to be easier.
- @Subbaro No one in this thread has claimed it's a 4 second advantage. The affect of lower FPS having a meaningful impact on the physics of the car are easily reproducible.
The game doesn't need to be easier, no one has claimed that here, but it sure would be nice if it was consistent.
Saying the kerb is "just rng" is not a solution, kerbs shouldn't be rng.- @Crunchar They shouldn´t be rng, that´s right. I´m just saying that right now curbs ARE rng. You´re just putting words into my mouth.
Nothing still has to do with FPS. As I said, multiple esport drivers have driven this track in TT without any problems on 200+ FPS like OP.
I can run over the curb on 100+ FPS as well. I don´t want to sound rude, but you guys are not driving correctly :D
