Long term lurker first time user

Is there actually any real engagement on here with people who can affect the game? 

cause this forum seems to lack it, 

Just looks full of spam from some fake heroes or whatever they are called who seem to answer everything even if it doesn't add anything to the topic.

Where are the real EA employees? 

Or should we accept that this game is dead , its broken and apart from updating the microtransactions there will be no further updates.
