No Tean Radio and Mfd Screen Error in F1 22
I can’t open the mfd screen at all.Literally I can’t contact with the race engineer and I can’t change strategy or ask anything to the race engineer due to this problem.(By the way I’m on ps5)

@canocan810 seems like we just need to restart the game
It happened to me yesterday mid-race in Bahrain, 50% race career mode. Restarting the game didn't work. I don't know what could've triggered it but my suspect goes to safety car and trying to call for a pit while the engineer was offering me a different strategy
A myriad of controller mapping issues. Quite depressing.
4300XP and a loyalty livery and uniform don't really cut it....
Pretty sure same happened to me first race of my career in Bahrain

Restarting the game does nothing to correct this issue
