Number 1 missing for player world champion when previously present

Summarize your bug I won the world championship in career mode in season 1 and selected the option to use the Number 1 as my driver number for season 2. This was correct for the first 3 races, but I turn up to Imola and my original driver number is now on the car (#2). This is also reflected in "Driver Details" menu.
