After downloading the recent patch my wheel seems to have developed a mind of its own.I have my maximum wheel rotation set to 300 but the wheel seems to completely ignore the maximum wheel rotation after a random period of time while playing and reverts to the default setting.I've tried setting both in game and in G-hub. I've reinstalled G-hub as I assumed something had gone wrong with it is usually the problem. But tried running the game without it and the issue remains, which would lead me to think its a game side issue. I had been playing last night with the same settings just fine so I can only assume something has happened in the game patch.I was able to play through the dismal force feedback issues on launch but this has actually made the game unplayable, the steering can seemingly change to default at any time during a race.Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?

For anyone else having this issue I may have found the trigger for this and work around until they fix it. The steering settings including force feedback get overwritten to default settings if you enter instant replay/flashback for some reason. if you press start once this occurs the steering goes back to your specified setting.Not ideal but at least I can use my wheel now 👍

Same issues on g29. Ffb is spotty as hell. Sometimes works well with ghub closed. Others when it open. Others the wheel lock works then doesnt. Ea claims its fixed yet no person can give a consistent instruction on how they get it to work.
Considering g29 leds dont work they obviously have not come to grips on how to get it to work. Games riddled with issues, doubt theyll actually fix it soon.

It was better after the previous patch, still bad but better. 1.07 has reset it back to how it was on launch, or at least that's how it feels. It looks like we'll have to wait a month or more to play the game at the rate they are fixing bugs.
How they've have managed to completely destroy the steering consistency with such a minimal looking patch is beyond me. Also I can see no other mention of this anywhere which is weird considering how many people use the Logitech series of wheels.

this seems ridiculous... patch 1.17 and this stays the same:
Obviously I'm going to take time to buy an F1 game in my life... my steering wheel works correctly in the rest of the games.

@BadMayh3mdefault, changed, with GHUB, no GHUB,... in F1 2020, 21, 22... but in Project Cars, ATS, ETS2,... work perfectly.

I don't know... but my G920 work perfectly in the other games in my collection.

For Example, Assetto Corsa:
and in the F1 games have problem with the accelerator (it seems reversed) and with the rotation of the steering wheel.
