Ultra the real deal? Glad you've come around to find a spicy profile pic to go with your british sassiness.
Long shot. If much, there will be some camera shake or helmet bouncing to represent porpoising and that's it.
The true value of phenomenon is in how it affects handling; by bouncing so much you're successively changing your aero load back and forth and if it persists until corner entry, you have erratic grip levels across all four corners of the car. Which is why Ferrari porpoises a bunch on the straight but isn't as affected as Mercedes, as it bounces all the way to high and medium speed corners.
We didn't even get a realistic representation of dirty air, being way easier to follow up close in the game than it is in real life, so I doubt they'll care for this bit any further than for purely aesthetic purposes or whatever.
By the way, just take a look at the whole kerbs kerfuffle in F1 2021. Even on launch, every single time I felt frustrated by spinning on a corner I forced myself to load up the instant replay and it felt justified: there was a single wheel on the kerb or on Astroturf breaking traction. Now imagine trying to simulate further ground effect when the absolutely dominant "meta" still is extremely soft springs and low ride heights.
