Hey all,
If you've been having issues with force feedback on your controllers could you share the following info? I'll pass this along for a look:
- The platform you're playing on:
- Game Version (you should see it at the bottom-left of the start screen):
- What type of controller/wheel you're using:
- Which game mode(s) you're seeing the issue in:
- The 16-digit report code (you can see this from the pause menu in-game, or under the Settings at the home screen):
Thanks!

Summarize your bug The trigger rumble is not present and rumble in general will disappear intermittently.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? TT
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Connect a wired Xbox Series X controller and drive any car in Grand Prix or Time Trial.
What happens when the bug occurs? See summary.
What do you expect to see? Trigger rumble should be present when the option for it is set to 'On' or 'Auto'.
- Platform: PC
- Game Version: 01.02.896635
- Controller: Xbox Series X Controller / Xbox One Controller (Wired to PC)
- Game Mode Issue is present: Grand Prix, Time Trial (have not tested the others)
- Report Code: SKGV-DEXG-GHCH-KMCE
Testing methods:
- Restarting my PC with the controller plugged in or unplugged before starting the game
- Switched between 'Off', 'On' and 'Auto' for Trigger Rumble in the Generic Settings page
- Switched Adaptive Triggers option to 'Off'
- Reconnected controller mid-game
None seems to have fixed the issue with the trigger rumble missing. There is also intermittent issues where the rumble will just not be present if a custom preset is made and will only return when the preset is removed.

I've sent the reports up for review, but I'm afraid I don't have any updates at the moment.
If I have some news to share I'll let you know.

Make sure that in the Steam Controller config (Steam Settings) that your Playstation Configuration Support is deselected (turned off).
Dual Sense works fine for me (Triggers and Rumble) when this is deselected.

Trigger rumble does not work. I have tried:
varify the game file;
turn rumble on/auto/off in-game;
turn off steam controller config;
reinstall the game;

Summarize your bug After speaking to various Controller players across all consoles/platforms we have all said the same thing. The FFB feels like it is glitched or something along with lines as there is pretty much no feeling of the car at all (the turning feels very light, no vibrations). Would appreciate if you guys could look into this, as its making it really hard to drive or feel the car even on maximum FFB settings
Which area is the bug/glitch in? TT
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you compare the FFB from this game, to the last few games you will be able to see the difference easily.
What happens when the bug occurs? It's like there is no feeling or FFB when braking or accelerating. Which makes it really hard to drive. Even when I put it to 150 FFB, it still feels the same and has the same issue
What do you expect to see? Force feedback when braking and accelerating, and feeling resistance when turning. Even over the kerbs and stuff it still feels really weak and hardly there at all.
