Off the top of my head I know Singapore is really out of whack and it’s been that way since started with the F1 games in 2018. I always turn the AI way down so I can pass the programs. I had the AI set at 50 and I was nearly FOUR seconds faster than everyone else on Softs and I still failed the Qualifying Sim.
@MPHGp Yea the Singapore programs were and still just totally off for whatever reason.
I bet the practice program targets were basically just done by using something like a "one size fits all" scaling system.

Just to add an observation since the 1.08 update;
Game difficulty is 90. I run the qualy practice program in Australia and put up a 1:20.3. About 0.5s off the target time for 19/20th. Game says with that time I’d be 22nd.
In qualy, I do a 1:20.2 which gets me 16th and into q2. 22nd does a 1:20.9.
Although improved since the update, and I can get closer to the target time than before, there’s still a bit of balancing to do.
