- mariohomoh3 years agoHero (Retired)@ScarDuck14 Classic cars could be used in special events of challenges recreating historical battles or races in F1. So even if young audiences or newcomers to the sport don't have the same emotional link as some of us, the challenge aspect could still draw them in - and from there it's a potential virtuous cycle of only getting them more and more into F1.
Super cars are just... There.
One interesting take I heard is that supercars and clothes are there as part of a marketing push so that EA can secure other licenses from those companies on the cheap.
I'm not sure it makes perfect sense, but that's a possibility indeed. - ScarDuck143 years agoLegend@mariohomoh Actually makes a little sense as clothes are a thing in NFS Unbound. Hey we can’t pay you what you’re asking for: But what we can do is add your clothing line to the the officially licensed F1 franchise. 🤷🏻♂️

I also think epic names of the old F1 are known by everybody, even by the younger who may like to run with the car of a certain Ayrton Senna for example…
- Hempyjr3 years agoSeasoned Ace@Nuvolarix Definetly a plus and combined with classic cars that would be a dream come true. I hope will see again classic cars in future F1 titles cause playing F1 2020 just for them is not working especially when my friends are not playing...
