Further more, I have checked this morning and my landing page still states; 

F1® 22 | Tuesday


Try F1® 22 early now


It's lights out and away we go as EA Play members can get out on the track early with a 10% pre-order discount and 10-hour early access trial of F1® 22
beginning June 28, 2022.

Now with the game out, I would expect that to change! Also the Champion Edition bundle is unavailable… My error message is; 

You can't buy this product for the following reasons:
(RAUCA)
• You already own the following products, which conflict with the broduct, you feining to bly-e.
BYBIT
F1 2022 - 18000 Pitcoins

how can I have a conflict on a game that I bought first and got a lower edition for the price I played!!

    Where the hell is the content.. that shouldnt be to hard to sort out.. i know that u r too dumb to make a good and Bug free game.. but not even giving people the thing they payed for?

    Just an update

    My last Ticket send Today 9:40AM concerning the missing content had a status update. Status is set to "problem can not be solved".

    So they just try to rob me of the goods i paid for. They do not fullfill their obligation to the contract. They don't hold up their end of the bargin.

    Opened new case for a complete refund because of contract violation.

    Of course i could not request a normal refund because the order was made on May,10th,2022.

    The behavior of Electronic Arts is dispicable and unacceptable.

    @hollerboller1970 I'm not sure what raising a support ticket would do to help? They have all the information they need and are currently investigating the issue. It's a known issue...
  • @TheOGReeceTTV See, i really don't care that is a known issue. They had 3 days to fullfill their end of the bargin. 3 days since my first ticket.
    Now they close my latest ticket with the reason problem can't be solved.
    Think about it, if the roles were reversed, say, you have to delay a payment to them because you are in a tough spot on short notice. How do you think Electronic Arts would react?

    @hollerboller1970 Of course the issue can't be solved! It's a known issue that is being resolved above their head. You can't expect support to resolve a known issue that is out of their hands.
  • @TheOGReeceTTV I can expect that i get what i paid for. They had enough time. But of course they would react faster than lightning if something happen with the ingame store. "Uh...there is a problem Boss, we can't milk gullible customers anymore," EA acts nothing but shady and the support is awful and never was, is and never will be of any use, because it is EA we are talking about.
    Codemasters did a really good job to sell them selfs out to the devil.

    It's been 6 days now and we still haven't got a fix. This is just... unbelievable
