*FIX*
I had this issue and simply uninstalling and reinstalling the game fixed everything, I could see my delta and lap times on the leaderboard.
I know it sucks to have to do it but it's the only 100% way to fix it so far.
Before doing it try verifying game files because I believe there is a chance that could fix it.

Hello i had this same issue last night i came on this morning to play and i dont seem to have the issue anymore however im not sure if its a permanent fix and could just happen again
Update, checking files integrity doesn't help me, i try reinstalling now...
I reinstalled the game and it worked, sad part was that all my settings and setups was gone, i had to make all the settings again...

Verifying did not work, I will try reinstall.

I am having this issue now in September. Takes the fun/competion away for me. I am on xbox/s. Did you find that uninstalling then reinstalling kept all previous times plus updated the times that have currently failed to transfer to the leader board?
Have you had any further issues since you did the uninstall/reinstall?
I mean...I have been doing this for a few months and actually study the circuits and analyze what I can do to improve my times....and when I do see "you beat your rival" I am enjoying the time. But when the time does not go to the Leader Board, it takes something away for me....so I want this feature back...a feature that should be there for TIME TRIALS.
So just asking your opinion of what to do...Xbox s

I am having this issue now. No times going to the Leader Board.
I am on xbox S.
When you did the uninstallk/reinstall, did it keep and then update your missing times on the Leader Board?
What was deleted? Car set-ups you have developed for certain circuits?
As I go through a circuit in TT, I always have developed and saved a car set-up that I found worked for me.
Your times updated, BUT you lost those set-ups?
Just trying to clarify and figure out what to do.
Without the time going to the Leader Board, it takes something from the enjoyment for me.

And , no Im not crazy.
These repetitive messages are what appeared to be failed "sends" and now all popping up.
But if anyone has advice on how to correct this pain in the arse issue of times not transferring to the leader board, I would appreciate response.
Doing so will bring back some of the fun of the competition.
