Second player in splitscreen doesn’t have vibrations

I am currently facing an issue where the second player does not have vibrations for traction, making the car undrivable at certain times. Only the adaptive triggers work and vibrations only work when you drive over kerbs. I’m currently playing on a ps5 and would really appreciate if there’s a fix for this. Also I know this isn’t an issue with the controller as  I’ve flipped the controllers and tried, but the problem still occurs.
