@Liaveal Car performance will get patched later on as they've been doing since atleast 2018. Current perfromance seems to be based around Bahrain.

With the performance patch I think rather than changing the base performance of the car too much they should instead make some of the first few upgrades give a bigger boost than their rival teams. This way the performance will be more accurate to the season rather than having teams like Aston and McLaren stronger than they were at the start. With slightly bigger upgrades buffs, McLaren and Alpine could get identical upgrades, but Mclarens give slightly more performance so by the time we get to round 3 or 4 McLaren will be around Alpine's level and any upgrades after that will then be the same.
