Thrustmaster TMX Force Feedback fades randomly when playing F1 22

Product: F1 22
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I play F1 22 on a wheel (Thrustmaster TMX). When playing the game the Force Feedback of the wheel fades randomly when playing. This has been an issue since the release of F1 2021.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? RDBX-RAXS-BMTX-GJEG
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game on a Thrustmaster TMX wheel.
What happens when the bug occurs? The wheel's force feedback fades randomly, which is like you'd play with force feedback being turned off.
What do you expect to see? My wheel to work properlyand not having any force feedback drops.

Additional information: This issue is a thing since the release of F1 2021. We have gotten a big tonns of topics about Thrustmaster TMX driver updates and to keep updating our wheels (frimwares, drivers etc.) and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Trust me it is not fun playing your game when I have to pray during a career/league race that my wheel fades in a straight and not a fast speed corner even tough Thrustmaster TMX is supported.

  • Same issue and it’s been happening since F1 2021. Doesn’t happen with other games so definitely F1 specific.

  • I am not a Techie, but I have had a similar problem, with my Thrustmaster TMX force feedback.  My steering wheel used to completely cut out, I would have to completely restart the wheel sometimes even restart the computer.  It would sometimes be a half hour till I could drive again.  I think what happened with my problem is the Thrustmaster TMX force feedback overheated.  I turned down my Gain settings in the Master Game Settings to 75% (see attached pic). I haven't had a problem since.  Might be worth a try?

  • I even personally reported this issue in the F1 2021 Beta, had this issue all through 21 and it still happens now. Its a disgrace
