TO ALL Those who wonder if I am capable of reading and whether I read the note....YES.
After I read the note did I contact EA to ask the extent of the missing Time Trial information....YES
Did EA tell me there was a re-synch issue and the times should appear later.....YES
Was EA able to explain why all my times were deleted....NO
Was EA able to tell me if this impacted many or was it just a glitch on my end...NO
Perhaps RESET should have been better explained as TIMES DELETED and perhaps my contact with EA should have explained this as well.
BUT THANK YOU ALL for your concern with my visual capabilities and education level required to read.
