Tyre Allocation on F1 22

@Hichel18 This has kinda been covered the past weeks a lot..
A) There is no "tyre allocation" IRL
B) All teams get the exact same amounts of tyre for each compound (8s, 3m, 2h)
C) from what i remember they have to use 1m in P2 and return it there and 1s for Q3 and can only use it there.
Yes its a problem but the easiest solution remains letting us choose completely free what tires we want to use in practice. "Fake" using tyre allocation to shift tyres around would be a more complicated fix i think, but it definitely NEEDS to change!

- @sid3showbob You might have to add an extra stint just to make Softs selectable, then delete the stint with the tyre you don't want.
- @s00zster So ridiculous how we have to leapfrog our way to a desired strategy because we don't have proper tires in the first place...
Nice to see that this still isn't fixed.
