What can we do against brake checkers and crashers in multiplayer?

If you ever played online lobby, you know what I mean. People with ill intensions are on the servers and they just waste your time and don't get penalized. Reporting system sucks. No voting to kick...

There always will be people trolling on every game and you can't do anything about that, especially in a game like f1. The penalty system is totally wrong in this game, you can only hope they will fix it someday at this point.
