Wrong tire allocation in 2p career mode free practice sessions

Product: F1 22
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug In a standard format race weekend during 2-player career, I had no dry tires allocated for FP3. It was as if the tires were allocated for a sprint weekend, where there's only 2 practice sessions. During FP1, I spent most of the session on the same set of hard tires. Toward the end I did one lap on a set of mediums and several laps on a set of softs. So for FP2, normally I would expect the hards and softs to be returned (since they had the most wear) and I'd be left with 1 set of mediums and 3 sets of softs to use across FP2 and FP3. What actually happened was that for FP2, I could only choose between 2 sets of mediums, and the tire selection showed no tires recommended for FP3. Then during FP3, I had no dry tires at all and could only choose inters or full wets. This happened on the Miami weekend, which immediately followed Imola, which actually WAS a sprint format race weekend. Also to note, my co-op partner did not have the issue.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Driver Career
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? So far, the bug has only happened one time during driver career. The detailed steps are given in the summary. I'm not sure if it's relevant that the issue happened on a 'normal' race weekend (Miami) that immediately followed a sprint weekend (Imola), but it's worth mentioning. In the next race weekend (Spain), the tire allocation for the practice sessions was fine. I'm also not 100% sure what the tire allocation showed during FP1, because at that point I had no reason to think there was a problem, so I didn't pay close attention. So I can't say whether it was already wrong from the start of the weekend, or whether the problem occurred after the end of FP1.
What happens when the bug occurs? In a standard (non-sprint) format race weekend, no dry tires are allocated for FP3.
What do you expect to see? Proper practice tire allocation for a standard format race weekend (1 hard, 2 medium, 3 soft).

  • As the 'host' of the above co-op career, one extra additional point that I think is worth noting:

We both immediately retired once we found out that Otterfox had no dry tires available, but on the results screen I noted that every single AI car had only set times on intermediate tires. So they appear to have had no dry tires available, so were probably affected by this bug in the same way.

I managed to grab a screenshot of this when it happened (see attached).

  • I was watching Jarno Opmeer and Jake Benham's 2-player career Miami race, and around the 17:55 mark Jake says he's pitted for a second set of mediums, which confuses Jarno because normally that should not be possible. So I'm pretty sure Jake had the same tire bug as me. The race tire allocation on a sprint format weekend is 1 soft, 2 mediums, and 1 hard, whereas normally it would be 1 soft, 1 medium, and 1 hard (which is probably what Jarno had on Miami since he was the session host).

  • Update: On the Brazil sprint weekend of the co-op career, I had the opposite issue. My tire allocation was for a normal race weekend while my co-op partner (who is the host of the session) had the correct tires. This time, there was seemingly no consequence from it; even though I had no tires formally allocated for the sprint race, when starting it I still had dry tires available. (I think I ran mediums.) Posting captures of my tire allocation (you can see on the selected tire it says "recommended for P3" when actually there is no P3) and my partner's tires (which look right for the sprint weekend).
