My Career Mode Save

   While playing the Manager Career Mode, I noticed that another career was saved on top of my favorite career. I looked and saw that it had been 5 months. I hadn't played for a long time anyway. So it was normal that I just noticed it. How can I get my old career back? Is there a save?
