No, they're are not transferable.
You can however look into the Remote Play function of the PS5 as that should work just fine.
You can use your laptop, a PC, or a Cell Phone to play your PS5 from anywhere.

You might introduce some latency depending on your connection, but I've done this before with reasonable success.
If that not acceptable, you'll have to purchase the Steam version and start from scratch.
