Hello, I'm also having the same problem as you, the only difference is that I have to score fancy goals, and even though bicycle goals, volleys, and so on, none of them count. Honestly, I believe it is a bug that is occurring in EA FC 24's career mode, but as it is a bug that will make it difficult to change contracts and join other clubs, I believe they should fix this bug soon.
