Play the last match of Euros Group Stage in player career and the game takes me to the end-of-season page. Once I'm there all the options lead me to the current contract, where my only option is to sign with a new team. From there I have zero options, meaning I can't advance in any way.
Exact same here. Played the last game of the group stages of the euros. Go to select end season and there is only the option to change clubs, but even after that there is nothing to select.
Tried transferring before the last group game and same thing happens.
also transferring before the last group game gives the option to renew contract just after signing for the new club which ended in a full game crash.

the same happened to me.
Based off of the last update, the December Update should be live within the next week or so. EA have been notified of the problem, so it could be resolved soon. To help highlight the problem further, if anyone else has the same issue, message how it affects you and upload your screenshots here.
The Winter Update is coming. Although there's no specific Career Mode updates at all, changes to the User Interfaces have been made. This could include the UI for the Player Contract Screen. Let's wait and see.
