ITS FIXED FOR ME. I was able to renew my contract after my first season and encountered the issue after my second. I’ve regular been checking back to see if it’s been fixed and slowing have been losing hope. Tonight I loaded it up just to see and have the button to stay in the club.

The issue has also been fixed for me on one of my old saves from December. I now have the option to stay in club!
Well this is interesting!
It seems that old saves may now have the "Stay in the Club" option!
It might be worth for everyone who has reported the issue on here to load either a Old or Latest save, depending on where you're at, so that we can see if it now works for everyone. If you're now able to Renew your Contract, and a "Stay in the Club" button appears, upload a screenshot here. If not, report back.
This might be resolved at long last!

I was in my 3rd season about to go on to my 4th. That's where I encountered the bug. I'm at work right now but I will upload a screenshot when I get home!
- @GeorgeSS24 Yes I was in my second season going into my 3rd. I had the issue all the way up until the spring update. Which is interesting because it wasn’t mentioned in the pitch notes.
I would also like to add that I ran it on my backup saves as well just to make sure it wasn’t a 1 off. I didn’t encounter the issue with any of the 4 saves I tried.
IT'S FIXED!!!!
Just loaded my Player Career, and for the first time I've been able to renew my contract by using the "Stay at the Club" Button!
When you enter the Renew Contract screen, if you don't complete all the objectives, under Contract Terms, it mentions that you'll be continuing your contract as "The Club has decided to give you another chance and extend your contract by another year."
The resolution also appears to have been indirectly addressed in the Update 11.0 notes when you load up the game, as "Addressed... button conflicts."
Well the day we thought that never would come has arrived! If however anyone still isn't able to Renew their Contract with the new "Stay at the Club" Button, upload it here and I'll message my contact again.
Glad it’s now working for some of you, but mine is unchanged. “Change Club” as the only option and no way of actually progressing.
To be clear though I’m at the end of my first season and part way through the Euros. Think I’m gonna trade in this game now. CEX here I come

Legend! The weird thing is that it did let me transfer but when I wanna end the season its stuck at this screen..
@GeorgeSS24 man you pushed to get this fix. You’re awesome dude! Thankfully it’s working for me and hopefully it will be fixed for everyone. But the community is awesome and we really came together for this issue.

It wasn't just me, it was all of us! If we all didn't keep on reporting it, and fill out the survey, then it may not have been resolved. And after the recent updates where it appeared there was no fixes to Career Mode, I really thought it wasn't going to be!

Could you tell me what season you're in please? And you play on PC right?
If you could let me know as much information as possible, that would be great as it would potentially trigger a investigation.
@GeorgeSS24 Ok. I am in season 1 and yes I play on PC. I've played 2 matches in the European Championships and after the 3rd match it's time so end the season. The game DID let me transfer to Al Nassr. But after playing the 3rd match with the National team I get this screen: https://prnt.sc/1gmV-YltW6Z6

Obviously I dont want to change clubs because I have just transferred. Change club is the only option I have. If I press it, the game sends me to Recommendations and thats it. No other option. I have to close the game because I cant go back or anything. I hope this was enough and thanks for your help man
And I did start a new player career, lets find out how that goes.. Its gonna take me a while tho to get to the end of the season

In the meantime I'd recommend keeping the save file of the one with the issue, just in case the issue eventually gets resolved, and you're able to continue again.
@Longlijer69 Could you let me know what country you're playing the game in? This maybe a issue that affects certain geographical locations and players on certain devices?
