It is not filtered, it has been the exact same name for the past 5 or 6 years which is simply Kirkaldo.

I have noticed that everybody who brings up this issue gets told to just pick a different name? Can somebody please actually look at it rather than just getting told to pick a different name and surely they will realise that in no way possible on gods green earth is the name Kirkaldo even remotely offensive? Please can this be looked at and changed??

I had a similar issue a couple of years ago with a name that I'd used on FIFA since around 2005.

Super annoying, but as Barry said, you just got to pick another name now.

I recall reading a few years ago that this part was farmed out to a 3rd party company who use generic lists (not football specific) to filter offensive names.
Untill EA change their stance on who controls those lists, there's absolutely nothing you, or EA, can do.

Just got to pick another name or get creative.
