@mpc1k  Would like to second your excellent points, however, probably thousands of people ahead of me. Generally, when I start a new career mode save, there are always unobtainable or ridiculous objectives, forcing me to terminate and restart the career up to a dozen times for a favorable outcome. Additionally, once a usable career save is initiated  the next step is to check for any retiring players. They will demand a contract extension within the first three months, and subsequently submit a transfer request when the user is unable to offer an extension, sell, trade, or release the player. Each retiring player with a submitted transfer request will result in a continual deduction of the manager rating throughout the course of the entire season.
