Re: Restricting players from Syria

Hello, I’m from Syria and I want to send this message to EA’s management or policy team, not just tech support.

I’m a loyal EA fan who bought and plays FC 24. But I suffer every day due to regional restrictions simply because I live in Syria. These limitations prevent me from accessing the full experience, despite having paid for the game like everyone else.

I understand you follow US policies, but many sanctions have already been eased. Why is EA still blocking access? I’m not involved in politics — I’m just a player who wants fairness.

Please, escalate my message. I’m not asking for special treatment — I just want to play like anyone else. We, the Syrian players, are tired of being punished for something we didn’t choose.

Thank you for understanding, and I hope EA reconsiders this soon.

    Hi EA Team,

    We wanted to ask if you could please review and lift the current ban on Syria. Sanctions have been lifted, and Syria is moving into a new era.

    There’s a huge community of football game fans here who would love to enjoy EA games just like players everywhere else. We’d really hate to see EA miss out on such a passionate market.

    No one feels our fault that we live in a place where we did not choose to live, yet injustice is still waiting for you to lift the embargo on Syria.

    I Hope this discussion reaches The moderatores, please unban syria so we can play ultimate team on FC25, I'm a big fan of the game and I'm sure that the USA and the European union unbanned Us, please unban us EA

    When the restrictions on the FC 25 EA servers will be removed , on syria

    I'm writing this with deep frustration and pain. Syrian players have been unfairly banned from accessing EA games for years. We are being punished for simply existing in a country we didn’t choose to be born in. This is not just a restriction—it’s a form of discrimination. We are gamers like everyone else. We have the same passion, the same dreams, and the same right to play.

    Enough is enough. Lift the restrictions on Syria. Let Syrian players back into the world of gaming. We’ve been left out long enough
