Hi, thank you for your answer. I do not have access to the email adress of my ea account. I have tried numerous times to retrieve it, but without success. The real problem is that the account is linked to my playstation account, and I can't unlink them. I don't care about creating another ea account and losing everything I had, since it's far better than not play at all.

When I open tried to open the case I only have the option to leave my email, so this is where I received nothing for months.

Is the email that you are using for opening cases koolboy7271​ the one that you do not have access to?

Our team will only be able to reply to the email account associated with the EA account so if using another then you may not be able to see the team responses.

What should I do if the email is not accessible anymore? I even tried to log to my ea account trough my psn account on the website, but I am blocked and there is an email sent to the inaccessible one. I just don't know what to do at this point.

Almost the same thing. I can't access my old email. I registered many years ago; I can't even remember what I specified when I registered.

But I have files on my PC and the EA app. I have lots of photos and videos from Battlefield games. I can prove it's my account. But EA won't listen.

I'm not getting a response, and the "contact us" field is grayed out.

Yes, I followed that link, but none of the solutions worked for me. I can't access my old email, it's been over six years. EA didn't ask for a code before, and there were no problems. Steam doesn't ask for a code, so there are no problems.

Now the only option is to provide information on the six prepared questions. I'm answering from memory, but they insist I'm wrong.

Although. However. I have EA application files on my PC along with game files that can be viewed and verified as my account, proof. I can provide numerous screenshots and videos of my EA games, which I have hundreds of gigabytes of. I can prove it. I have Steam keys for Battlefield Bed Company 2 .

I have a password for my account. I can log into my account with it, as I have for over 10 years. But as soon as it started asking for the code from my old email, I can't.
