hey i bought eafc over instantgaming and redeemt the key, it worked, but then i tryed to install it but it didnt wokred, there was always the massage preparing for install... so then i canceld itm now i cant find the game in my libary but over the site  https://help.ea.com/de/help-home/ is writen down that i own the game can anyone help please?
