Can't customise my Pro on Clubs

Aye I tried, had no luck

I’m guessing deleting this will delete all your progress and pro level right?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you got blue screen while in clubs pre-match phase and relogin game to play your customized pro turns into a bald, very handsome but CANNOT CUSTOMABLE pro.
What happens when the bug occurs? Your pro becomes a bald, ugly, cannot customable monster.
What should be happening instead? I should have my pro instead of a monster.

Hi, i was in a club match, actually pre-match scenes. I got blue screen. I restart my pc and open fc25 clubs to play again but I saw a ugly, bald, cannot customable pro. Whats more I got this bug since 2023 and there is no fix for this bug. FC MUSTT FIX THIS ASAP! I WANT MY PRO BACK OR AT LEAST LET ME CREATE A PRO AGAIN. 

Title says it all. My pro was fine for the first week then reset my entire character and I haven't been able to customize him since. Tattoos and accessories work fine, but the face is stuck as the default face and bald.

Only thing I can think of that I did differently before the glitch was pay for points to buy a new tattoo. Paid ea money and ive been glitched ever since. PLEASE do something, its been weeks

This is a nasty glitch since I paid for this game purely for pro clubs and customisation(60 pounds by the way) just for EA to pull this out of no where. I think I remember it saying about failing to save my avatar and instead imported a new one being this one which I am NOT happy about whatsoever.

already deletes the character but it always imports this character from the cloud again which you can't change, come on EA do something
