Career mode failing to load

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:Xbox Series S

What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? S0nnyHolland
Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? make it so my career mode loads
What happens when the bug occurs? whenever i load up the game before it says connecting to servers it says (career mode name) failed to load and then says under retry or cancel. everytime in press cancel it doesn’t work and it just keeps happening. same happens when i try and manually go onto my saved career mode
What should be happening instead? it should let me into my career mode.

please just fix this bug i payed £70 for a game where i can’t even access the main reason i bought it, it’s a complete joke 

it sometimes lets me in but today it hasn’t let me in at all

    I’ve had the same issue as well. Have tried everything to get it to work,

     

    1. downloading updates

    2. Force restarting the game

    3. Playing in offline mode

     

    nothing works at all.

    yeah same EA fix your game i paid £70 for a game that doesn’t work and it doesn’t look like your company cares at all

    my career modes won’t load. everytime i load up the game it says (career name) failed to load. Please does anyone have a fix for this as i payed £70 for this game and it seems like it’s the worst fifa they’ve ever made. if nobody has a fix EA please fix your awful game

    Whenever I try to load a career mode it comes up with the career name failed to load. Followed by retry and cancel, no matter how many times you press retry or try to load the game again it repeats the failed to load message. 

    I have tried a few different fixes such as deleting game data, squad updates etc. switching accounts, restarting Xbox and restarting game. But the issue still repeats

    I can't log in to the game because the game gives me an error but so far everything has worked fine, my friend and I play on the same account and he gets the same error after loading so we think it's not us.

    I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game plus checked everything you did and it still doesn't change anything it's crazy there hasn't been any outreach to fix these issues just wasted 4 hours setting up a career mode only to not be allowed back in once I saved it and tried to re load it

    @S0nnyHolland Ive been playing pretty consistently on manager and player career mode since about FIFA 12 and never had this occur but in FC25 over a decade into the future the game is worse than it's ever been for this type of error with my account. When I go back to FC 24 my career modes load fine

    Same here, tried everything but can't play carreer mode due to being unable to load a safe.

    Did anyone found a solution already?
