Controller not working in any online game mode in FC 25

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. Steam - PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060
Enter RAM memory size in GB 3GB
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Rivals
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 4/10/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 15:30
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you have a pc where you can't play any online game mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? My players will not react to what buttons I'm pressing on my controller.
What should be happening instead? My players should move and do what they are supposed to do when i press my controller buttons.

So I have this issue, when I play a offline mode such as squad battles, my controller works and my players move acordingly to what they are supposed to do. But as soon as I enter any online game mode such as division rivals, my controller simply won't work, my players are just standing and doing nothing. No matter what button I press on my controller my players will not move and do what they are supposed to be doing. How ever, when I press the pause/menu button, the game will pause about 20 seconds after I pressed the button.

I simply don't know what to do, I have tried everything that I can think of. How can I fix this issue?

Kind regards.

  • i have this same problem as you the only way i fixed it is by deleting the game and dowloading it again but not verry effective because it works untill you close the game. so as soon i turned off the game and turn it on back again the same problem happens. so if anyone knows how to fix i would be verry happy. PLEASE
