Didn't Receive Rewards After Completing Season Pass Levels

• Summary of Issue: Didn't receive rewards after completing Season Pass Levels
• Recent Timestamp: 31/10/2024 around 10:00-12:00 (CET)
• Level Reward Not Received: Level 3 (3,500 SP)

I am having the same problem

• Level reward that you unlocked but haven't received. - Level 2

and i didnt recive reward from battle pass season 2

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i can find the Wolf FC kit in my club
What happens when the bug occurs? when i start the game
What should be happening instead? I should be able to select the season reward that is the Wolf FC kit in my club

my situation is like this: so yestarday i played the gamemode rush on clubs and the season reward in the top 1% was Wolf FC kit and my club was in the top 0% it said, so when i logged into my club today my rewards wasn't there and when i checked to see in my trofy room if i've missed something it said that my club was in the top 57%, this confuses me and i just want the Season reward that is the Wolf FC kit for my club and i would've played much more if i knew i was only in the 57% but it did'nt say that yestarday so if you could be so kind of maybe fixing this it would me much appreciated

I already commented on this in another thread, but..

I already completed Levels 1 and 2 in the Season 2 Reward ladder and did not receive either player pack.

This is the third and fourth time in this game that I have not received the rewards from the Seasonal Ladder.

I guarantee I won't see them either..

Why do I say that? Because I haven't received anything in regards to the first two issues I had.. not even a response from Pulsar...

Why have i not got my season pass rewards, iv claimed them but not received them?

Same for me. 3 Levels, not a single reward.

And stop thanking them for looking into this. It is their job and they didn't do it right again. Not a single day they do their job like they should do it.
