Ea fc 25 crashed during squad battles

I also experience the similar issue.
I am sending some details below.

• Gamertag: philipskinner7
  
• Platform:PS5
  
• Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): RES.PL
  
• Summary of Issue:
  The game crashes in the middle of the match (mostly second half) in Squad Battles, Div Rivals and UT Champions mode with the CE-108255-1 error code.
  I have done the troubleshooting described here in many threads (squad deleting through webapp, database rebuild, game reinstall etc) and it helped temporarily- from 1.01 till 10.1 when I updated the game. From beginning of December, the issue occurs at least 3-4 times a day.
  The issue indeed seems to occur after scoring a goal and trying to skip the celebration with L1/R1 combination, however, that is not a rule (although it happens to me about 90% of crashes).
  I am reporting it on the PS5 each time it occurs as well.
  
• Potential Repro Steps: No specific ones- on the 4th or 5th goal of the game it ususally crashes.
  
• Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone):
  
  • Especially within UT, Timestamps are vital and it's important they are recent (no older than 48 hours if possible):

    All hours are provided in UTC +1 timezone.
• Video example (if possible): Don't have at the moment as I did not save it but will sumbit as soon as the error occurs again.

I've been following this issue for a while now as it's been going on for 5-6 weeks (for me), so trying to sum up:

- It's not platform related, I've seen people reporting this who were on xbox, PS & PC.

- It seems to happen in the second half after scoring a goal.

- It might be that substitutions are related to the problem.

- The moment it happens, the game flashes briefly and then poof, I'm on my desktop as if I've pressed ALT F4.

Can't share any timestamps as it hasn't occured so far this week (trying to avoid scoring goals or making subs in the second half).

Also no vid available as I'm not streaming/filming so the game runs as smooth as possible.

• Summary of Issue: The game crashes with CE 108255-1 code in the middle of Squad Battles, Div Rivals or UT champtions match, frequently (90%) after scoring a goal and trying to skip the celebration with L1/R1 buttons. I have done some troubleshooting described in related threads and the problem disappeared from 1.01. till 10.1 when I upgraded the game again.

sadly it just happened again and in the 1st half (again after scoring a goal). pretty disgusting that i won't be able to finish all games AGAIN for 6 weeks in a row now.

after scoring a goal - during celebration-  it freezes for a sec and returns to PS5 menu with the ps crash report screen. 

you can't convince me though that you won't be able to recreate it without these ridiculous system spec information you have requested. just play the game

I have been having this issue for quite a while now. I haven't been able to play suad battles and complete the relevant objectives. It is quite frustrating. I tried to contact the customer service and after they couldn't do anything, they just told me to wait. I believe when I bought this game, I would be able to play it fully. Not part of it. So I hope this issue is fixed as soon as possible. And we all here would like some kind of compensation as we couldn't play what we paid for.

• Summary of Issue: Game crashes everytime I am trying to play an offline mode. Whether it be squad battles, kick off, training arena or even career mode. Having this problem for almost three weeks now.
• Potential Repro Steps: Tried clean booting. Tried reinstalling the game. Tried cleaning cache. Tried running using administrator. Tried cleaning the cache in the EA App or the %temp% folder. Tried using another graphics card (GTX 1080 Ti). Tried clean booting. Having this problem for almost three weeks now.

• Summary of Issue: Game crashes everytime I play SB, literally every game now for FIVE WEEKS, stopped playing. Tried again and still not fixed.
• Potential Repro Steps: Tried clean booting. Tried reinstalling the game. Tried cleaning cache. Tried running using administrator. Tried cleaning the cache, tried updating/reinstall drivers, tried repairing game, tried literally EVERYTHING
• Video example: NO PC ISSUE, JUST STRAIGHT BACK TO WINDOWS.
