The official response to this is a joke. It's been happening since launch and is costing people elite rewards and "delete corrupt files" here's an idea. Fix the game, plays worse than FIFA from over 5/6 years ago for bugs. Not as bad as invisible players or 12 foot players but way worse than FIFA 16 onwards.
