FC25 Bug - player stuck in throw animation in Champions

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? the game timer becomes real seconds as the ball is out and the player is locked to the throw in taker who is in a loop of the throw in animation but without the ball
What should be happening instead? the ball should be in his/her hands letting the throw in be thrown
I was playing champions finals and the ball went out, when my player tried to take the throw in he dropped the ball and was stuck in an infinite loop of the throw in animation while the ball was on the ground out of play. Since the ball was out, the game timer was in real minutes, leaving me stuck in the game for more than 20 minutes. the score was 2-2 and my opponent eventually closed his game, giving him the loss. I would like some kind of compensation.
