Very often when loading a match the game crashes without a clear error message. It only shows that the software closed due to an error. No additional information.
The game closes without any further information. Restarting the game will not help. Re-installing game also didn't help
also having this issue on squad battles. Unable to progress through my 12 games as it keeps crashing on one particular team. Pretty annoyed won’t be able to get elite rewards this week.
Two days ago my ultimate team worked, however, yesterday I couldn’t log on because every time I went on ultimate team, the switch would say “The software was closed because an error occurred.” I redownloaded the game and still have this problem, I even resettled the cache on my account and also checked if I was banned, which ea says I wasn’t. Can someone help?
I have restarted the switch, deleted and reinstalled the software and still the same error. Nintendo tech support stated to contact the game developer as there is a "bug"

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On start up game won’t load, get the following message; The software was closed because an error occurred.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game doesn’t load and get sent back to Home Screen.
What should be happening instead? Game loads up as normal
