fc25 I cant change my players face in player carer

So i was trying to make a new player carer save and when i got to changing the face hair and all that i couldnt select anything or move the box to select anything so i have to use the faces from ea please fix because you cant make your own players on console as you cant edit the faces (everything else is okay)

    this happened to me too on pc, they just gave me a random face and I somehow can't edit my player anymore, im just stuck w/ this baldy ugly dev like looking character. please fix this crap asap EA.

    This happened to me too, I’m on switch and I just recently started a new player career. I don’t really know how to resolve this, EA please look into this,
