I got Messi in a player pick and chose him but got another player

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix player picks
What happens when the bug occurs? You choose one player but get another one instead
What should be happening instead?

I did a player pick and got 90 rated total rush messi and chose him but got instead Girelli 85 rated gold. I got a little mad and put her straight into another sbc. Can i get messi back?

This can happen when you select your players and press the confirmation button too fast before checking the chosen item. Please be mindful of the selected player.

Bug of selection of pick hero. You can’t deselect the player. I pick lucio and i recive demosey

@jari0506 From your first picture, if you see the green check-mark at the bottom of the card, you have selected Dempsey.

To De-select the player, you will have to move the square box on the Dempsey card, then use X button UnSelect. This will remove green selection check-mark. Hope this will help you in future.

hi i had a player pick and got 91 bellingham and picked him and came back as a diffrent player? can i get it back as i picked a complete diffrent player?

What type of issue do you have?: Claimed gundagon and got given the 86+ x3 pack
