Hey there, This means that you packed the item before the TOTY version was released. The game always checks automatically if the correct version was rewarded. I know that players often get those items a couple of minutes before the release, thinking they should receive the TOTY version.

I opened a pack and Got a few players as rewards. One of them was Lauren James 86 Gold card. Are we not supposed to get Toty lauren James instead?
I did the TOTY Blueprint Evo Bug on Base Gold Bukayo Saka 87. Should have got 5*SM + 4*WF after evo, instead got 4*SM + 4*WF. Earlier when the weak foot upgrade evo was available, I did that on my POTM Omar Marmoush (87). Same thing, didn't get the weak foot upgrade (3 to 4*WF) but did get the comestic upgrade. I then talked to 3 different EA agents and has been waiting for a fix for 2 weeks now. Every session is 1 hour of explaining the problem and trouble shooting. Got told every time to wait and I can do any other Evo that I want in the mean time so I went and did the TOTY Blueprint Evo on Saka. Very frustrated to spend 1000 FC points to get a faulty reward like this, especially when you can only do it one time. EA please fix this asap or at least refund me. Why every agent I talked to cannot refund me the points?

I’m writing to address an issue I encountered in FC 25 Ultimate Team mode. I completed Objective number 24, which is one of the rewards for 4 85+ Rare Gold Players. During the player selection, I was given the option to choose Pelé (TOTY version). I selected him, but due to what appears to be a bug, I received a different player instead: Dani Carvajal (Gold version).
This has been quite disappointing, as Pelé was my intended choice, and this error has negatively impacted my gaming experience.
