In EA FC 25 FUT, not seeing rewards after completing objectives

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:PlayStation 5

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Rivals
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 10/10/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:00 PM
What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete an objective in FUT. Objectives were completed while playing rivals games.
What happens when the bug occurs? I see notification that I have completed an objective (usually stating that I have obtained some SPs), but on visiting the objectives tab, I don't see objective that is completed. It is very benign, so you would have to repeat a lot of times to catch the problem. I am pretty sure I have completed some major objectives for which I never got any rewards for
What should be happening instead? I should should a green highlight under the objectives tab showing which objective I had completed and be able to claim the rewards

    @obedtetteh I just got promoted from FUT div 5 to 4. I saw the notification that I have completed some objectives, yet again I don't see and completions under objectives to collect

    Hey EA,

    Come on, this is ridiculous! I grinded out Division Rivals, hit 45 points, and was ready for those sweet upgraded rewards. But guess what? I got the basic rewards instead. 😤

    I talked to support earlier, and they first said it was fixed. Lies! Still nothing. Then they told me to just wait for some mystery team to maybe fix it someday. 🙄

    This is beyond frustrating. I earned those rewards fair and square, and now I'm getting the runaround. I'm a loyal player, I spend money on your games, and this is how you treat me? 😠

    Look, I'm going to be straight up. This needs to be sorted ASAP. I've seen other players get compensated for similar issues. I expect the same treatment, plus my missing rewards, obviously.

    Get this sorted, or you'll have one very unhappy customer on your hands.

    Same here, it showed I completed so many objectives, but I haven't received a single reward yet and I am on PC.
