Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

I received the pack for watching the stream but not the 250 SP if though it shows as claimed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I redeemed both rewards on twitch yesterday, still nothing on fc 25 over a day later.
Same here watched for 2 hours didn’t receive anything on YouTube
I’ve put a ticket in hopefully we get it sorted
@LordMolina1 sorry if I ask a silly question, is twitch linked on your EA account and did you receive the link reward?
- @FUTDODD Did you manually redeem them on Twitch? I had to manually redeem them on Twitch. Check your notifications. Hope you're able to redeem them!

i got the same problem today and yesterday. i claimed my rewards on twitch and its not showing up in game, but ea never did adress this on twitter. i dont think they care.
I claimed the rewards both days now on twitch and haven't gotten any of the rewards. I also got the packs already for linking YouTube and twitch so my account is linked that's why i don't get how haven't gotten the rewards yet
I even checked fc companion because sometimes when things aren't working in fc 24 console the app is working. No luck though, five backs on the line with zero help.
